Logo Design

I finally got around to loading up the logos I’ve worked on in the last few months. A few of them I’m quite proud of because they feature custom illustrations, especially the Santa Rita German Shepherds logo for their website.

Check out my new logos in the Print Design section on my portfolio site here.

Playing Catch-up

So apparently I have this blog. I have been wondering what to use it for and I think I’m going to go with the more professional application of “news/updates” with an occasional “hey i saw this design thing and thought you might appreciate it” route, instead of chatting about politics and relationships and whatnot. So the first few posts will catch everyone up on what i’ve been doing this whole time, then we will get to more current’ish events after that. Sound good? Ok, go.

I decided to work with a web design and development company on the North Side called Altair Technology. This was an amazing experience on many levels, as I was able to not only sharpen my web design skills but I had the opportunity to build new sites from the ground up, create logos and produce professional illustrations for real clients. You can see many of these concepts and new logos here: [ interactive design portfolio ]

In the summer of 2008, I had a wonderful opportunity to work with local marketing firm the Drew/Walker Group on a number of strategic creative projects.
